We have come a long way since 1973 in manufacturing of Grinding Machines and gained tremendous global success for all of our models of “Smith Cylindrical Grinding Machines.”

After serving the Grinding Industry for many years, we have observed a great need of such machine, which could prove not only the fast productivity, but also be able to produce maximum possible accuracy and also comes in the super economic range. To invent the desired machine, we had started our new unit “New Smith Grinders” in 1996 and discovered “NSG Precision Centerless Grinding Machine.”

Our Company has crossed the sale of several thousands of machines worldwide from the date of incorporation of the Company and continuously winning applaud from all our overseas and country’s buyers.

About NSG Precision Centerless Grinding Machine:

“NSG Precision Centerless Grinding Machine” is manufactured under keen supervision of high-qualified team of skilled Engineers and Technicians having vast experience in the grinding industry by incorporating latest technology. Machine is made with high-grade castings to ensure long life. Top brand components and wires assemble the electrical and electronic system of the machine. The mechanical system of the machine is fully primed in our workshop, which provides your job the accuracy within 0.002 mm. After checking and verifying its operations and results by minimum thousand times, the machine gets assemble. Machine is coated with top quality colors under the directions of our company’s experienced visual and color artists.

BODY OF MACHINE: The rigid base, high quality graded cast, and heavier rib design provide maximum rigidity for greater strength and absorb vibration even while machine is utilized to its full extent.

GRINDING WHEEL HEAD: The grinding wheel head spindle is made of hardened and ground super finished alloy steel. It runs in oil chamber on Elevated Precision Bearings or on double bush bearing (optional) to ensure long life. Wheel assembly is statically balanced to non-vibration.

REGULATING WHEEL HEAD: The regulating wheel head spindle is made of hardened and ground super finished alloy steel. It runs in oil chamber on Elevated  Precision Bearings. The Gear of regulating wheel head is made from imported material and it fitted in the head with a very advance technique. The regulating wheel head can be titled up about 5 degrees to facilitate through feed grinding.

TRUING DEVICE: The Truing Device of grinding wheel and regulating wheel are hydraulically operated so that smooth evenly trued wheel can be obtained to produce excellent finish and high accuracy to the job.

PROFILE TRUING DEVICE: The optional Profile Truing Device is provided for grinding wheel and regulating wheel to grinding multiple diameters, at a time.

OIL CIRCULATING UNIT: To ensure the long life of bearings, the machine is equipped with Oil Circulating Unit of Grinding Wheel Head Spindle. The machine is endowed with an extra filter to clean the circulating flow to the spindle.

COOLANT SYSTEM: The machine is provided with a unique coolant system, which absorbs the harmful dust particles to provide the excellent grinding of job. A specially designed and prepared “Magnetic Coolant Separator” is also available on demand, which not only ensure the best grinding with outstanding finishing, but also add a very long life to the machine.   

OUTSTANDING FEATURES: Our machine is designed to grind cylindrical part of any material like Copper, Aluminums, Glass, Rubber, Plastic etc. at high production rates and very close tolerance by using suitable grinding and regulating wheels. Straight shoulders and taper parts can be grind in equal ease suitable for hardened and non-hardened steel.    

*Separate lubrication pump provided for adequate lubrication for slides.

*Ultra precision bearings are used for supporting both grinding and regulating wheel heads.

*The rotating panel control is designed in a special way so that the operator can perform all operations from his working place.

*A.C. Drive is provided for variable speed of regulating wheel. It is more convenient to gain excellent finish and high accuracy.
